01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 26phjoin ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 26phjoin website located at https://26phjoin.net, its mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing the 26phjoin platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. 26phjoin reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

03 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 26phjoin account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party.

26phjoin will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from 26phjoin requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

You must notify 26phjoin immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised. 26phjoin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring that your account details remain accurate and up to date. Any changes to your personal information, including your email address, phone number, or residential address, must be updated promptly through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

26phjoin reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account at any time. During such checks, access to the account and any pending withdrawals may be temporarily suspended pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

26phjoin supports a range of payment methods tailored for Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions on 26phjoin are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

The minimum deposit amount on 26phjoin is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary depending on the payment method selected. 26phjoin reserves the right to amend deposit and withdrawal limits at any time with reasonable notice.

• Deposits: Funds deposited via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 26phjoin account within minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by our payments team. Standard processing time is within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on your chosen payment provider.
• Verification: Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification. 26phjoin reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory KYC documentation has been provided.
• Currency: All player accounts are maintained in Philippine Peso (₱). 26phjoin does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 26phjoin reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal to the original deposit source if fraud or money laundering is suspected.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

26phjoin offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable across all 26phjoin promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

• 26phjoin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms under which it was awarded.

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, collusion, or other abusive behavior will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

26phjoin reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse or has violated these Terms.

06 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 26phjoin platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

26phjoin uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games on the BetterLive Live platform use physical gaming equipment operated by trained dealers under controlled conditions.

• All bets placed on 26phjoin are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by the system.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 26phjoin platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account on 26phjoin.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon account closure for cause, 26phjoin reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where account closure is not due to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your 26phjoin account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13 Amendments to These Terms

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
